I got emotional reading this book because is like to read a letter from a friend with sooo much good advise and easy to read and understand .... is so much to learn reading this book , reading this book is for me like stand on the shoulders of a giant to be be able reach news heights , this book show me that I been right from day one about my approach to life extension ..... like take one step , doing what we know today UNTIL some giant like Mr... Sinclair show us a better way .... like stop smoking , stop drinking , eat the best food we can afford and more important , take those supplement that show us that can help slow and even reverse the symptoms of aging ...... like GHR 15 , REJUVENATE , and now I found a new product I been taking for around 3 months , name is LONGEVITY ACTIVATOR , from Zenith Lab .... Long time ago I found that smoking was bad for me so the use of alcohol and I suspected that some foods were not good for my health either " but " sold everywhere ... soon I learn that junk food are not good for my health , well , we all know that now . One Sunday morning years ago watching TV I learn from a nutritionist about the dangers of drinking sodas ..... was shocking for me because I use to drink lots of sodas in summer days and with almost every dinner . With time I learn lots more about the reasons why sodas are so bad for my health reading about in the web and from books I bought in health food stores , one of those book is a small book I bought in Chamberlins health food store is call " The Acid Alkaline food guide from Dr... Susan E Brown and Larry Trivieri " is a very small book easy to read in just a few hours with incredible facts .... like the relation between disease and body PH .... page 28 , dangers of sodas page 142 , dangers of coffee page 100 ... yes coffee .... because deplete your body from minerals and contribute to a lack of hydration and not surprise that drinks like alcohol page 89 and meat are acidifying page 122 ,138 so on. I wonder why this little book is not a must to read to every student because I think is something so basic and important like to know how to read . At this point probably you start to think how you can find the PH of your body right ? , well , I found that I can not test the PH of my blood so easy BUT is a way to go around and that way is to test my saliva and urine , is almost the same way you test the water in your pool . Is easy , convenient and very cheap . A company name Phion balance sell for around 9 dollars 90 PH test strips ( practitioner preferred ) so you can test your saliva ... and urine ...
